This is not just a class, it’s a real strength training program.

You’ll train 55 minutes with a consistent group of people on the same day & time each week at United Strength in downtown Columbus.

This is coaching with intention:

This environment is perfect for people who:

Learn About In-Person Training

  • Training is built in 4-5-week phases, each designed to help you progress consistently without burnout.


    You can only join at the beginning of a phase so the group progresses together.

  • Every session includes:

    • Movement prep & mobility

    • Technique cues that actually help

    • Strength work with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises

    • Conditioning that supports strength

    • Stretch & reset to leave feeling better than when you came

    I believes no one is too beginner or too advanced for the basics. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join.

  • You also get free access to Kara’s TrainHeroic app to track loads, reps, and progress.

  • This training works because members show up consistently.

    Monday - Friday: early AM + afternoon options available.
