Real strength training that finally works.
For women who want to build muscle, move better, and feel confident in their body.
My approach is…
I believe most women aren’t failing at fitness, they’re just following the wrong system.
Instead of constant variety, my approach is grounded in intelligent strength training, repeated often enough to master and progress. I prioritize technique, progressive overload, and programming that respects your time and energy.
This is training for people who want to get stronger, feel capable in their body, and stop wasting effort on workouts that look hard but go nowhere.
My approach
We train strength the way it actually builds a stronger body.
You won’t find random workout trends here. Every program and session is built on repeatable strength principles that help muscle growth, improve movement quality, and build confidence.
Whether you train in person with the team or remotely with guidance and progression, this is strength training that makes you stronger.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“As a mom, I’ve had to find ways to make exercise sustainable. Kara has been a huge part of that. Not only has she helped me feel strong (+ addicted to kettlebells) she’s cultivated a culture around movement that is inclusive and important. Over the past year I have noticed that lifting my son has become significantly easier and my mental health has drastically improved. And most surprisingly of all, I’ve made some amazing friendships.”
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“Do it. Kara opened a door for me that has been hidden under boxes of anxiety, guilt, and shame since college. Lifting, throwing, and swinging heavy thing is fun and not so hard. It’s really good for my brain and body. I feel confident in the gym and extra confident with a kettlebell. Do it. It’s worth it.”
